Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect: your full name; company name; email address (including the delivery email address a download link is sent to); phone number; order details including product categories and quantities; payment reference information (we do not store full card numbers); custom design briefs you submit; and any other information you choose to include in an enquiry or order.
We collect personal data directly from you when you submit our website enquiry form, email or call us, place an order at checkout, or otherwise communicate with us. We do not purchase personal data from third-party data brokers or list vendors.
We use personal data to: prepare and send quotations; process orders and deliver templates by email; produce custom design work using briefs you provide; issue invoices and process payments; respond to enquiries and support requests; and, where you have given consent, send updates about new templates or promotions. We do not use personal data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.
