This policy explains how Deckit Studio Sdn. Bhd. delivers template and design files. All products we sell are delivered electronically — there is no physical shipment, courier or tracking number involved. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
Because our products are digital, "delivery" means issuing a download link to the email address you provide at checkout, not dispatching a physical parcel. This policy sets expectations for how and when that happens.
Templates are delivered by email as a download link to the delivery email address entered at checkout. We do not deliver files by courier or in person unless separately agreed in writing for a specific order.
Most templates are delivered within minutes of payment being confirmed. Orders placed outside business hours may take up to one business day. Custom design work follows the timeline agreed at the quotation stage. Where a delay beyond this is expected, we will notify you by email.
Download links are issued only after payment has been received and verified in our account. We do not deliver files on the promise of a pending or unconfirmed payment.
You are responsible for entering a correct and accessible delivery email address at checkout. If a download link is sent to an email address you provided incorrectly, we will re-send it once to a corrected address at no charge upon verification of your order.
If you have not received a download link within the timeframe stated in Clause 3, first check your spam or junk folder, then contact us at deckit_studio@outlook.com with your order reference. We will confirm delivery status and re-send or investigate as needed.
Each product listing states the file format and software required to open and edit the template (for example, PowerPoint, Keynote or Canva). It is the Client's responsibility to confirm they have access to compatible software before purchase.
Custom-built decks are delivered as a draft for review and approval before final files are issued. Delivery timelines for custom work are agreed individually at the quotation stage and stated in writing before work begins.
