These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern every order between Deckit Studio Sdn. Bhd. ("Deckit Studio", "we", "us", "our") and any individual or company that purchases from us ("Client", "you"). By completing an order or paying for goods, you accept these Terms in full.
Deckit Studio Sdn. Bhd. is a company registered in Malaysia under Registration No. 202601027319 (1689415-D), with its contact address at LG 1-2, Seri Gembira Avenue, No. 6, Jalan Senang Ria, Kuchai Lama, 58200 Kuala Lumpur, W.P. Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The shop focuses on the online sale of PowerPoint templates, Keynote templates, Canva templates, pitch deck templates, proposal decks, social media templates, business presentation kits, brand guideline templates and digital design assets.
We supply downloadable design templates and, on request, custom design work. The specific scope for any order, including SKU and price, is defined at checkout or in a written quotation, and these Terms apply in addition to, not instead of, the terms set out in that document.
An order is confirmed once you have completed checkout and payment has cleared. Files are delivered only after payment verification described in our Delivery Policy.
All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) per template unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and such other methods as we may notify from time to time. Files will not be delivered until the applicable payment has cleared into our account.
Purchase of a template grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use, edit and present the template for the Client's own business or personal purposes, unless a broader commercial or client-use licence is expressly stated on the product listing. Ownership of the underlying design, including all copyright, remains with Deckit Studio at all times.
Unless expressly permitted on the product listing, the Client may not: resell, redistribute or sublicense a template, in whole or in part, as a standalone product; upload a template to another template marketplace; or claim authorship of the underlying design. Where a listing states a "client-use" or "commercial-use" licence, the specific permitted scope is stated on that listing and forms part of these Terms for that purchase.
All products are delivered electronically by download link sent to your email. Our full delivery arrangements, including timeframes and what happens if a file is undelivered, are set out separately in our Delivery Policy.
For custom-built decks, scope, revisions included, timeline and price are agreed in writing before work begins. Revisions beyond the number agreed at quotation stage may incur an additional charge. Final files are delivered only once full payment has been received.
All template designs, layouts and design assets sold through this website are the intellectual property of Deckit Studio unless otherwise stated. Where a Client supplies content, logos or brand assets for a custom project, the Client warrants that it owns, or holds a valid licence to use, that material, and indemnifies Deckit Studio against any claim arising from our use of Client-supplied material as instructed.
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Deckit Studio's total liability arising out of or in connection with any order, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, is limited to the total value paid by the Client for that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profit or business opportunity, even where advised such losses were possible. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, where such limitation is not permitted by law.
Orders for stock templates may be cancelled for a full refund only before a download link has been generated and delivered. Custom design work may be cancelled before work has started for a full refund of any deposit paid; see Clause 8 and our Refund Policy for cancellation after work has started.
Deckit Studio is not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet or email service disruption, software outages, or government restrictions. Affected timelines will be extended by a period reasonably necessary to address the disruption, and we will keep the Client informed of material developments.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any order placed with Deckit Studio, without prejudice to either party's right to seek interim relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its interests.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The version published on this page at the time an order is confirmed applies to that order. We encourage Clients to review this page periodically.
